"Welcome to our circus. . ."

Lauren Pellegrino, the widow of a too-daring Hollywood stuntman, hopes for a quiet, safe life with her twin sons in Peru, Indiana—far away from her late husband's legacy and his wealthy, manipulative mother. Instead, she and her boys discover the unexpected amidst the Midwestern corn and soybean fields: a circus, in which Peru's children and teens star in precarious unicycle, trapeze, and high wire acts.

With great reluctance, Lauren permits her eager twins to participate. But even the juggling Lauren prefers proves less safe than she imagined for her boys—and herself—when they learn the art from Kyle Hammond, a farmer/juggler who is not afraid of love.
