The computer system designed to save them may be what ultimately kills them. A joyride in a flight simulator turns deadly when a group of college students tap into a military flight system designed to protect against a hijacking. At the same time, a winter storm knocks out power and causes the computer system to lock up leaving an airplane with 259 people flying helpless in the sky. The FBI is called in to help, but ends up uncovering more than they bargain for.
