It is Tummbeldowne's Bonfire event, both children and parents are having fun setting off fireworks and playing with sparklers, Keith and Kitten are at the event just in case an accident may occur.

Natasha lights a firework with her parents and stands back, however the firework fizzles out, Natasha, wondering what the problem is, begins to walk up to the firework to try and light it again.

Keith notices what Natasha is about to do and runs up to stop her, he then explains to Natasha the safety measures that need to be taken in order to not be injured when using fireworks.
