Jet Heikki and her brother Xavier come from an abnormal upbringing. Jet, a female combat veteran and microbiologist, was born a sky baby, during mid-flight, to a Southern Baptist housewife and NSA operative father. The sudden passing of Jet's parents and Xavier's unknown whereabouts backpacking in Europe leave Jet on the brink of despair. On the day she is to return back to work after her father's death, Jet finds his secret notebook with an encrypted message about his untimely death and one final mission—to breach an underground warehouse in Croatia and rescue trafficked children.
