Jake rides again in Book 2
In the follow up to Jake Masters, Bounty Hunter, there's nowhere this dedicated lawman won't go to find and capture his prey. A train journey leads Jake to Omaha where the Army wants him to track down a group of Indians suspected of kidnapping the General's wife. Although the group is demanding a ransom, Jake's investigation leads him to suspect it might not be Indians that took the woman. Some Rebel holdovers are harboring a grudge well past their defeat in The War between the States and the kidnapping might be more about payback than it is about money.

The classic western action and body count continues in this next chapter of the Bounty Hunter series. If you enjoy reading Jake's rough and tumble style of justice, usually at the end of a six gun, then you'll definitely enjoy Jake Masters Book 2.
