This book reveals how the 'Prussian' Otto von Bismarck created the German Reich through a series of wars against his neighbours. His successors schemed to extend his empire and destroy the rising tide of democracy. The war against France in 1914 was bloodier than anticipated but Germany won huge swathes of Ukraine and Russia in 1918, before her army was reluctantly forced to relinquish them.
Germany was far stronger than outsiders believed in the interwar period, and this book asserts that Hitler deliberately impoverished America to deter her from entering the Second World War. Then Hitler declared war against America. Nevertheless, after 1945 America grew close to divided Germany.
Eventually, the 'Prussians' exercised their power within NATO to secure German reunification and the expansion of the European Union and NATO to the South and East.
In 2021, NATO offered Ukraine membership despite it being Russia's Red Line. 'The Prussians' aim is to use the war which followed to dominate the EU and win their historic war against Russia.
