On Earth, famine spreads. On the Moon's dark side, vampires thrive in endless night. The relics are gone, but their echo carves scripture into stone and flesh. From this void rises a Black Throne, waiting for one to kneel.

The five factions gather in the Obsidian Spire:

  • The Ashen Court — demanding Kaelen's crown.
  • The Hollow Kin — fractured between oath and hunger.
  • The Blood Syndicate — empire of famine and blood-trade.
  • The Ember Rebellion — burning themselves to scar the Spire.
  • The Shadow Monks — scribes of void, declaring enthronement inevitable.
  • Kaelen resists crown and hunger alike, swearing Hollow even as his kin betray him. Elira fights to keep her scar her own, though the Spire bleeds every vision into scripture. As Ember rebels fall, the Syndicate rots, and the Ashen Court forces coronation, the Black Throne manifests in stone and shadow.

In the end, Kaelen faces the throne's demand: kneel to save Elira, or refuse and lose her. His choice shatters crown and prophecy alike — but the cost may break them both.

The Black Throne is the gothic climax of the Relic Cycle — where hunger and oath, scar and void, love and ruin collide on the Moon's dark side.
