It was one of those days. First, Brutus needed my help when Harriet put him on a diet (you can imagine how well that went). Then, Chase brought home something called The Better Bib®, a gadget designed to deal with messy toddlers—because that's what we needed.

And if that wasn't enough, a frantic woman showed up asking Odelia to investigate the mysterious disappearance of her husband, Slim Perkins, who was running a weight loss clinic. Turns out, things were even messier than we imagined!

Before we knew it, everyone in the household was put on a diet. Let me tell you, that was not the highlight of my day.

But with murder and mystery on the menu, I had to put my paws to work. Between chasing down Slim's secrets and keeping Brutus from sneaking snacks, this was shaping up to be one strange case.

And, of course, we've only just begun.
