Babies, bungling politicians, and baguettes—Max is barely holding it together.

Big changes are afoot in Hampton Cove. Odelia is about to give birth, and Max is preparing for a new (tiny, loud, and possibly sticky) addition to the household. But just as the family gets ready to welcome a bundle of joy, Gran adopts a dog (a dog!), and two murders throw any hope of a peaceful delivery out the window.
