The trial of the century is underway: flamboyant billionaire Crispin Vale stands accused of murdering his fourth wife (who was, inconveniently, also his lawyer). The courthouse is a circus—reporters scrambling for headlines, jurors fighting drowsiness, and lawyers treating the case like a Broadway production.
