A luxury research vessel carrying marine scientists, tourists, and crew embarks on an expedition into a rarely explored trench in the Pacific. The trip is meant to be routine—charting deep currents, mapping undersea terrain, and showing paying passengers the wonders of the ocean. But when a sudden, violent storm capsizes the vessel, survivors are plunged into the crushing darkness below.
Trapped in the wreckage that has lodged against the walls of the trench, a small group of survivors must work together to navigate the flooded corridors and shattered hull. The air is limited, the pressure is rising, and panic spreads as they realize their only chance of survival is to descend deeper into the unknown, searching for an escape route to the surface through fissures and vents.
But as they push forward into the black water, they discover they are not alone. Strange shapes glide in the distance—some curious, some territorial, and others... predatory. These are creatures never documented by science, adapted to the crushing depths and eternal night. Their movements are unnatural, their hunger insatiable, and their ability to sense fear terrifying.
