After graduating from their sibko as MechWarriors, Milika and Tripp have been assigned to Epsilon Galaxy, the lowest Galaxy in the Clan Wolf touman, assigned there to help boost the ranks and improve their combat readiness.

The affable, charismatic Tripp fits in right away, but Milika's integration with her Star is a bit more arduous. After challenging Star Commander Zenobia to a Trial of Grievance she does not win, Mikila and Zenobia reach a mutual accord nevertheless, and their Star finally begins performing as a true unit.
