Emotions are real. God gave them. But when they are not submitted to the Holy Spirit, they become doors to destruction. Unchecked emotions open the soul to wounds, bitterness, and chaos.

Emotional instability creates conflict with people, hinders destiny, and breaks the flow of the Spirit. Emotional warfare is as real as mental warfare. Some of the most dangerous battles happen not in your environment, but inside your chest — within the storm of your soul.

Emotional turmoil looks like this: offense, uncontrolled anger, jealousy, constant mood swings, burnout, emotional exhaustion, withdrawal, or numbness. These are signals of an unhealed or unguarded heart. They are symptoms of emotional wounds left untreated. And if left alone, they multiply. They corrupt your relationships, poison your joy, and distort how you hear God
