The Interlude #70 book is the final installment in the Detective Rage Mystery Series and becomes Book #108. It was written in 2000 but never published, As a final installment, there are a few points that could be clarified, explained, or not. Some may be better left to your imagination.
Yes, there has to be a shootout, a case solved and what are the characters planning on doing when left on their own. But It is time to wrap it up.
Of course the Madam may run a muck or not. She might make a real friend for Colonel Hill or something like that. If they were to join in some manner, yes a real force to be reckoned with.
It will never end the way everyone would like. But it is over. Interlude #70 was written to end the series years ago. The draft was recognized for what it was; I shelved it. It was a short and sweet 6,000 words. This one is over 16,000.
