The Devil's Jingle is a haunting urban horror novella set in Flint, Michigan. Following the traumatic events of the 2014 water crisis, the city is plagued by a malevolent entity known as the Lurker, a supernatural force that preys on grief and unresolved trauma. The Lurker manifests through a rusted ice cream truck and its sinister jingle, drawing its power from a dark past rooted in the Black Legion's blood rites.

The story follows a group of young people who find themselves at the center of this battle against an ancient evil. Kevin Lewis, haunted by guilt, embarks on a desperate search for his missing friend. He teams up with Carla Hayes, a journalist determined to expose the conspiracy, and Lena DuPont, a voodoo practitioner who provides spiritual guidance. Together, they must confront the Lurker's human anchor, Elias Redd, and uncover the city's hidden history of betrayal before the entity consumes them all.
