In an age defined by an excess of voices and the erosion of legitimate references, this work explores the many facets of the crisis of authority. Far from confusing authority with authoritarianism, it moves through social, political, intellectual, and emotional spheres to reveal how the loss of guiding figures reshapes collective life and the very sense of belonging.
