The story centers on an unnamed protagonist who finds themselves in a seemingly charming yellow house situated on a hill, surrounded by roses. The house, while outwardly inviting with its bright living room and cheerful kitchen, harbors a sinister secret. This secret is embodied by two distinct staircases: one leading to an area filled with pleasant sounds, laughter, and the aroma of cookies, and another, darker staircase. This dark staircase leads to a disorienting room at the end of the hallway with swirling black and white walls. Inside this room, the protagonist is forced to confront all their past actions, both good and bad, leading to overwhelming sickness and dizziness, an experience they narrowly escape.

After this harrowing ordeal, the protagonist flees back to the ground floor, seeking refuge in the kitchen. Here, they find comfort and a sense of normalcy in a cup of coffee, perfectly prepared to their liking, which helps them regain composure and calm their overwhelmed senses, highlighting the stark contrast between the house's seductive facade and its psychologically tormenting core.
