"ABILAWA THE ORPHAN" tells the heartbreaking story of a little girl who, from the moment she is born, is struck by fate. After contracting chickenpox, her mother goes searching for herbal teas in the bush, but tragedy strikes: she is bitten by a snake and loses her life. Abilawa, an only child, suddenly discovers a world filled with pain and loneliness.

Her father, unable to bear the burden of being single, remarries a woman with her own child. This stepmother quickly becomes a source of suffering for Abilawa, who endures relentless abuse. Despite her father's intervention to protect his daughter, the stepmother will stop at nothing and joins forces with a witch doctor to sow discord between Abilawa and her father.

However, in an unexpected turn of events, Abilawa's deceased mother appears in a dream to reveal disturbing secrets to her. These revelations expose her stepmother's Machiavellian plans and offer Abilawa a chance to regain control of her life.

What strengths will Abilawa discover within herself? Will she overcome the challenges imposed by her stepmother? And how will the secrets of the past shape her destiny?
