Whoever God grants success in prayer is never deprived of His acceptance; whoever is granted the ability to seek forgiveness is never deprived of His pardon; and whoever is granted the success of thanking God is never deprived of His blessings.

The prayer book in your possession is a brief compilation, translation and arrangement of a number of chosen supplications designed as a taqebat to be

recited after obligatory prayers.

I had personally assembled and transcribed a portion of this collection 30 years ago in Afghanistan, using it as a taqebat book for my personal use. However, I wanted to

make these beautiful supplications accessible to a wider audience, especially to the younger generation. Furthermore, I wished for them to appreciate the beauty, fluency

and eloquence of the supplications uttered by the sacred tongues of our infallible Imams, true gem of our religion, a treasure unmatched by any other faith, unique

to the Shia tradition.

In light of this, I sought to include the English translations of the Arabic prayers to ensure that those who do not understand Arabic may also derive benefit from it.
