"...The music is repetitive. How many versions of 'Let it Snow' do you need? It seems like right after Halloween, here come the freaking jingle bells. Plus, the capitalism of it all. Companies wanting you to spend, spend, spend. Come on now! Also, Santa isn't real..."
Proud hater of Christmas, Brianna wants nothing more than to forget that the holiday exists. From the lights to the smells. It's nothing more than a nuisance to her.
Christopher is a thirty-eight-year-old accountant who dreads following in his father's shoes. So much so, he's pushed it off for over eight years. More than anyone in his lineage has ever done. He's not too fond of the holiday season but has to fake it. Why? Because he's the son of Santa Claus, a symbol of joy.
But one day, it all changes when Brianna walks into his office.
As the two get to know each other more, and some external research on Christopher's end, he realizes she deserves to have Christmas cheer. And he's the only one that can bring it to her. Can he get this grump to believe again while setting aside his own quandaries for the holiday?
