I used to listen to a podcast called "What Some Would Call Lies." On it, Mike Lawson shared stories that he would tell "as accurately as I see fit." Were they completely true? Mostly true? Utter fabrications? Did it even matter, if they told something that was true?

The stories collected here are out and out lies, published over the years in various literary magazines, some of which are no longer in print. They run the gamut from humor to science fiction to ghost story—mostly queer. Like any good story, though, I hope they entertain, and I hope they tell something true.

Enjoy the lies.
Contains five stories, approximately 11,000 words total.
