A long time ago, Terranians were already writing about those our people called the "Manas," the Nine Creators. Generally the last survivors of their civilizations, they were chosen by one of the Nine Archives and entrusted with the mission to protect their respective universes. The Archives, a kind of magical rune, grant the chosen one knowledge as well as surprising abilities. But one night, in the far reaches of the universe, the Sixth Archive bonded with a very different being — a dark soul named Xezbeth. A shadow born from the void, alone and lost. A creator of demons, able to control all the Archives as well as the minds of the other Manas, Xezbeth nevertheless had an Achilles' heel: a spell that kept him imprisoned on his own planet. Thus, the Lord of Shadows sent his minions in search of the Archives.
