The world and self-improvement are full of lies and sugarcoating. This eBook does not follow that. It's here to give you a reality check and prepare you for the harsh reality of self-improvement, whilst also delving into my life and self-improvement journey. Yes, the 'life after two years of self-improvement' is mine. As you open the pages in this eBook, you also open up the reality of self-improvement and my life.

To make sure you have a relity check, and can delve into my life as well, this eBook will cover my life before self-improvement and what I was like, the reason I started self-improvement, the day that changed my life forever, the good parts of self-improvement, the bad parts of self-improvement, and the ugly parts, which is the blatant truth of self-improvement and my journey, there will be no sugarcoating, and there will be no lying. Afterwards, we will cover my experience on Universal Credit, how I might be getting a traditional 9-to-5 job, and it will finish with a message to you and another for me, which is what I'd say to my younger self. There are even some things in here about my life I've never mentioned anywhere else.

Remember, this isn't to dishearten you, or to make you give up; it's to prepare you and make sure you won't be as 'tripped' when the inevitable struggles happen, and to cleanse you of all the lies and sugarcoating you might have been fed in the past. I haven't made this eBook to be evil to you. I've made it to make you ready, which will make this self-improvement journey easier. Is the truth something you can handle? If so, it's all here waiting.
