They take a simple vacation to a small town in an attempt to escape the bustle of the big city. The perfect vacation spot with all the details suited to their needs. But then, Sheila can't help feeling that something is not right. This all-American town may have a secret. Sheila realizes that their host may be somehow controlling the people of the town, and that her husband is falling for something that he can't understand.

Something is hiding behind the smiles of the townsfolk who offer to be their friends and confidants. As her suspicion grows, Sheila has to find out exactly what it is that makes her feel so uncomfortable and why her family begins to act so strangely. She must face an unbelievable truth.

Things begin to grow horrifyingly clear, and Sheila realizes the mistake they have made in coming here. Evil finally rears its ugly head, and the wonderful little town becomes a dark and daunting scene. She finds that she must risk everything to protect her family from forces that may be beyond her very comprehension.
