A short story of 4857 words taken from the novel The Witches of Avalon. A dark energy is threatening the peace in Glastonbury, ancient Isle of Avalon with rumours of a dark coven of witches and the Fey crossing at will between the worlds, threatening human abduction. The threat has now become all too real and has reached the three witches who are trying, through their magic, to save Glastonbury. Tess and Freya are tasked with recovering fellow witch Eve, aided by Eve's familiar Rue.
