River Booker, an ordinary and decent seventeen year old kid, gets caught up in a web of ambitions, conspiracies and mysteries. His very conservative father, Sam Booker who is a prominent politician is eyeing the highest office in Port Elizabeth while he(River) is busy falling in love with a farm boy, Tyler Monson.

The budding love story however takes a wrong turn when the farm boy mysteriously disappears and River's quest to reunite with his love takes him on a bumpy road dotted with snares and traps which unwraps a wanton and wild side of him he never thought he had.
