Silver City is a dying metropolis, a ghost of its former glory, with nothing to offer now but abandoned buildings, polluted skies, and endless corruption.

The Birds of Prey, the most powerful crime syndicate in the region, have infiltrated Silver City by way of the Eagle, a young and menacing crime lord who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty with his weapon of choice—a deadly katana.

With mutilated bodies rapidly piling up as well as the discovery of a mysterious drug called Cloverflow, it's up to hotshot rookie detective Adam Benda to thwart the Eagle along with the Birds of Prey and help Silver City finally achieve some long-awaited peace.
