Brayden Allen had it going on and he knew. Being the star point guard for the Dallas Broncos, he had women at his beck and call, and his best friend was the sports columnist for the Dallas Morning Reporter. Everything was going his way. Then one day it happened. He noticed his bestie, Kamryn HIllcroft is a beautiful woman. And he loved beautiful women. There was just one problem: Kam knew all his tired playa lines and wasn't about to fall for any of his nonsense.

Kamryn Hillcroft was raised on sports. So it was natural that she became a sports columnist for the Dallas Morning Record. It led to her best friend, and Dallas star guard, Brayden Allen. Over the course of their friendship, Kamryn had also knew all of Brayden's player moves. When Brayden decides he's ready to take their friendship up a notch, Kamryn isn't hearing that. Brayden decides he would have to show her he meant business.

While Kamryn is doing a simple favor for a former player's wife, Brayden is concerned she was over her pretty head and is going to get hurt in the process. When his thoughts come to fruition Brayden is out of his mind with worry. Kamryn believes she's on to the story of a lifetime. She just doesn't know if finding the answer is worth risking her newfound love for Brayden in the process.
