The pages of human history are terribly blood-soaked, stained by endless wars, bloodshed, and sorrow throughout human history.
Aggression, Cruelty, Atrocities, and Genocide, are brought on by conquests, religion and toxic politics. These are the most dreadful features of human history.
Human beings are indeed a species of great contradictions, capable of terribly repugnant cruelty as well as highly admirable compassion.
Toxic human aggression and cruelty have led to terrible conflicts and devastating wars over the entire human history.
On the other hand, human ingenuity and compassion have led to remarkable advances in social and technological developments and great improvement of human lives over the long human history on earth.
How can such extremes be reconciled?
What have we learned to change the course of human history for the better?
