When the crew of the USSC Icarus lands on Titan, Saturn's largest moon, they expect ice, methane storms, and the cold silence of deep space. What they don't expect is a signal—a strange, repeating transmission emanating from their exact landing site. With communications blacked out for eight days and no instructions from Space Command, Captain Samantha Carter orders the crew to proceed with the mission.

But Titan is not as lifeless as it seems.

One by one, the crew begins to unravel as a hidden threat creeps in—silent, camouflaged, and utterly alien. Something hunts beneath the haze, burrows in their minds, and waits inside the walls. As paranoia sets in and the ship topples under violent storms, survival becomes a race against the cold... and something far worse.

By the time rescue arrives, Titan has claimed another victim—and added one more derelict to its ever-growing graveyard.
