Tomas has lived in quiet exile at the St. Hieronymus Seminary, a place long forgotten by the outside world. When Father Silas is sent by the Vatican to study a newly uncovered manuscript, Tomas welcomes him—only to watch his visitor unravel before his eyes.

The manuscript reflects more than ink. It mirrors memory, trauma, and sin—especially Silas's haunted past, and a girl named Lucerita whose presence seems to echo through the crypts.
