Too much has been said about the sanctity of human rights and the freedom to live without interference.

But the truth is that all the terrible wars happened not because of the lack of human rights.

On the contrary, too much freedom has caused too many wars.

Indeed, around the world, many people have exercised their freedom of choice to engage in terrible wars, for various reasons, and led by their chosen power-hungry leaders.

These wars happened because there were too many human wrongs.

Humanity needs to reflect deeply on the ugly inherent human nature that has wrought so much havoc and misery in the world and to humanity throughout the long human history.

Humanity must now work relentlessly to change the ugly aspects of human nature so as to build a future of peace and prosperity for all.

Indeed, aggression, cruelty and genocide have no place in the modern world.
