In a dilapidated office building on the outskirts of a forgotten industrial city, Nora, a restless literature graduate, takes an odd job as a proofreader for a company that doesn't exist on paper. The workplace runs on a generator older than her age, the employees speak as if they're from another century, and the documents she's asked to review are printed on an antiquated press that only operates after midnight.

But something is seriously wrong.

The papers contain impossible things: never-solved crimes, the names of long-dead people, and terrifying prophecies—including one about her own demise. As Nora digs deeper, she uncovers a terrifying truth: the building sits atop a mass grave of forgotten child workers, the employees are spirits stuck in time, and the press doesn't publish words—it preserves voices that never had a chance to speak.

Faced with a stark choice—either reveal the truth and risk becoming one of them, or bury the past forever—Nora does the unthinkable. But some stories, once printed, are never erased.

A slow-burning exploration of memory, guilt, and the weight of silence, "The Shadow of the Old Printing Press" is a modern ghost story, where the dead haunt not only buildings but history as well.
