YOUNG BLACKBEARD THE PIRATE
THE PORT OF BRISTOL 1690
Book 1 of 6 – The Great Spud Cannon Battle
In late 1680s Bristol, young Edward Teach and his crew of adventurous kids—Israel, Benjamin, Charles, and Anne Bonny—embark on a daring spud cannon battle against a rival crew aboard The Salty Pickle, their weathered fishing boat. Edward, a natural leader, commands his team with precision: Benjamin's spud cannons, Charles's water bombs, and Anne's fierce screams give them the upper hand. After a fierce battle, they defeat The Rusty Anchor and celebrate their victory. Edward dreams of future adventures, knowing this is just the beginning for his loyal crew, bound by friendship and a shared thirst for adventure.
This is the first of six audiobooks in the series and I do hope you enjoy this first instalment, and it's only $3, all subsequent will remain at that price as I would not like price to be a barrier to your enjoyment.
I have worked very hard and meticulously to provide you with an enjoyable experience, the initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 2 minutes sets the scene, so to speak, accordion, fiddle, harmonica and bango in a classical sea shanty jig. The closing music ends the tale on a similar jig and at about 2 minutes with the same musical instruments but more upbeat looking forward to the next episode.
The story itself runs to about 13 minutes is is narrated in my own voice.
I do hope you and your family, if applicable, enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to come!
