Picture a big clock in a small town. Its deafening chimes drive people mad, while an ambitious mayor wants a hotel built right next to the clock to attract more tourists – a perfect recipe for disaster.
Enter Sophie, the mayor's daughter, who not only tries to fix the tower clock but also to restore harmony and prosperity in her town. How does she do it? Not with wands and broomsticks – her magic is a combination of courage and common sense.
