Marisa Cecchetti, who is graduated in Physics and passionate in dance and freediving, since 2014 has done research on body movement in water at different depths at the deepest pool in the world, the Y-40 in Montegrotto Terme (PD), and the sea. From these searches she has encountered some problems during the movements that have been studied and solved to perform particular choreographies either as solo both in pairs. The results are documented by video and images that have been rendered charming by the water that offers different physical laws than a dance floor and let the movement in a fluid and harmonious dance totally in touch with nature, with the knowledge and control of the limit time of breathing and with the acrobatic power facilitated by the almost absence of gravity. The book describes the evolution of this research highlighting the power that water can give to the body mass of a person but also to any object with which to interact during the choreography.
