You are not alone! Many families are unexpectedly caring for parents that have been diagnosed with some form of Dementia. Statistic, according to Alz.org, show that more than 50% of all caregivers who provide help to older adults do so for someone with Alzheimer's or another dementia.

Whether that care is done with the help of other family members or solely on your own, it changes your life. but it doesn't have to be all gloom and doom.

Although each case of Alzheimer's/Dementia takes its own form and characteristics, there are some things that are routinely the same. As caregivers of those who gave us life, we are reversing our roles and ensuring their safety and security.
