Books is just that, a book nerd and the bookkeeper for his adoptive dad's motorcycle club, SOS. For years he has had his eye on a certain club daughter, waiting for the day he can make her his. Following her and keeping her safe has become a part of who he is. A random road trip brings them together, even as Katie is put in danger. Books struggles with his past, present, and inner rage, trying to keep Katie safe.
