This book introduces readers to the application of the lean, agile, resilience and green (LARG) concept in the seaport supply chain. The topics encompass supply chain management, seaport operations, combination of LARG paradigms, and how each paradigm may be evaluated on its own. This book also introduces a LARG performance model that is constructed using a Bayesian Belief Network (BBN). The performance model may be used as a management paradigm for enhancing business and environmental sustainability in seaport supply chain operations. The BBN model can assist the management in identifying strengths, which the management can then focus on for profit maximisation. Furthermore, the discussed LARG performance model may be revised and adapted by other industries.
