It's almost Meggan's birthday and she's looking forward to the pretty new dress, the cake her Dad made or her, her friends and grandparents celebrating with her...

Except for those stupid squirrels who keep eating the bird seed Dad puts out for the birds. If it weren't for that stupid squirrel, Arthur wouldn't be bugging her about finding his Mamma!

But he does. He comes to her at all the wrong times to ask for help. Meggan has no idea who his Mamma is, or where he lives. He just shows up.

Thankfully, Meggan knows where her Mom and Dad are, and as grownups, they're supposed to know everything! Right?
