After a gun battle in an 1884 Peoria, Illinois cathouse, one armed ex-Confederate guerilla Joel Stuart has new problems. A small group arrives from New Orleans to inform him his old friend and fellow Missouri Raider needs his help...and that someone is systemically killing all Confederate veterans in the area.
