Deal with Stress when Grieving is the first of a series of mini books that delve into a specific issue around grief and death.
How do I...? Is one of the main questions I am asked when working with clients and so I decided to write a few books focusing in on those issues so you have both information and a self help section that uses mainly writing therapy to dive even deeper into your subconscious to heal and release what no longer serves you, those limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns and old traumas that dictate your life.
Writing saved me after the sudden death of my own son and dealing with my own nightmare past. I survived, and so can you, but being proactive, loving and kind, to yourself, is vital.
