Turnabout is about a Seattle general surgeon Dr Fred Pomeroy who struggles defending himself in a malpractice suit for wrongful death of his ex-fiance's mother. Harrased and unsupported by his grumpy senior partner Dr Reynolds the unthinkable takes its toll. The values and people he held dear seem non-existent. His whole world has been turned upside down.
