Tammy dreams of becoming a successful actress. Her biggest role so far is in a low-budget horror movie. Her agent and only friend in New York has set her and the male lead, Bobby (the most obnoxious man she's ever met) up on a date. 

This is where she meets him. Tammy can't believe her eyes—the man in front of her is absolutely gorgeous, but there's one catch—she spies a wedding ring. He rescues her from her terrible date, and she tries to forget all about him.

The next day at a photoshoot for a magazine, she sees him again. This time, he's going by a different name, Paul, and his ring is nowhere in sight. Who is he? Why can't she stop thinking about him?

Their chance encounter will change both of their lives.
