After failing to go straight, become a better person, or keep the rising generation from corrupting themselves, Captain Graham Reed lets loose on a rampage of wanton destruction across the Crescent Sea. The local governments' and the encroaching trade company's attempts to capitalize on his tour of terror backfire. Other pirates' attempts to reign him in fall flat.
