For six decades, the prestigious Bennett family, has ruled supreme as the purveyor of the finest grapes for wine in Amador County. Sadly, this famed heritage is tainted as land and success were mostly achieved through cruel and deceptive methods with little concern for the lives destroyed along the way.

Caroline Bennett and James Sánchez have kept their love hidden from her alcoholic and bigoted father, John Bennett.
