My automobile insurance is sky-high because I have three cars, one RV, and two 18-year-old drivers.

However, I use business development companies to help pay my insurance bill. BDCs are companies that lend to small and medium-sized, non-public businesses.

BDCs pay off massive yields, which allow me to earn over 10% of my invested capital. As BDCs grow, so does my income.

My auto insurance is $400/month, so I must invest roughly $48,000 in BDCs to cover the bill. It took some time, but I achieved this number. In fact, I can pay all of my bills with dividends. Life is good!
