Seventy-five-year-old Doreen Sizemore has no business gallivanting around Egypt, but here she is—dragged on a tour group by her eager cousin Wanda. Between dodging pushy street vendors, trying not to pass out from the heat, and having to ride a cranky camel, Doreen figures things can't get much worse.

Then someone gets murdered, a priceless artifact vanishes, and suddenly this Kentucky woman finds herself tangled in an international conspiracy where nothing—and no one—is quite what they seem.
