This book was written in a challenge format, meaning no back story or storytelling, just categorized notes from my own journey of healing my mental, physical and emotional anxiety and depression that has been a lifelong challenge for me with the additions of Empath and Highly Sensitive Person symptoms, learning challenges, traumas and hormonal and physical changes in my body in my 20's and 30's.
This is not a book about diagnosis or a completed journey. This is about the steps I have been taking on this journey that has been helping significantly that I want to share with others as, not tell you what to do, but options I discovered and intuitive ideas I used muscle testing for to navigate to what the right choices were for me.
Note: This book does not teach muscle testing but requires either muscle testing or pendulum testing to navigate.
