The African American community has been affected negatively by Left-leaning Progressive, Liberal policies and causes over the past 50 years or so vs prior years when some of their causes were not as bad or maybe even beneficial under some circumstances. This book details how and why that is so and what some different or positive outcomes may have been had there been more Conservative Right-leaning forces to influence America over the past 50 years. Brian Oglesby from E. St. Louis IL is a retired lieutenant Colonel after 35 years in the Army Reserves. With nine of the years on active duty he served six active-duty tours, five being, overseas and one stateside. He has degrees in Business Administration from Lincoln University in Jefferson City MO and Genetics and Cellular Biology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He has three professional certifications in laboratory medicine through the American Society for Clinical Pathology and he was honored for by Marquis WHO's WHO publisher of biographical profiles for laboratory medicine for his expertise and experience. He has worked in both the medical and research fields during his career and does volunteer service as an usher for his church. His current interests are world affairs, national affairs, and geography. One of his past interests is travel. Ever since I was a kid, I have been curious about the world around me, so I used to read about other places, people, and things in the world. I started with a set of encyclopedias that we had at home when I was a kid and was amazed at what and how much actually existed in the world that I didn't know about and know I am seeing what does not make since and what does not add up.
